A day of fun

We started from home this morning with no plans. But the end of the day, we did more than ever we planned a trip. We took a train pass and went to Fenuil Hall, Boston and watched a street performer. We had nice lunch there. This juggler was good.

Took another train and stopped at Park street and saw another dance group and we saw last few minutes of performance. We put our contribution and moved on. We visited the typical shady store which sells Cell Phones, DVDs, games and others.

We moved on to the Boston Common and it was really nice. First time, Mitran went into the water and played with no fear or none of us with him. It was a good crowd and we did go on the carousal 3 times. We then moved on to the other side of the commons. Here we saw there patriots dressing up and shooting those guns and marching around. We saw them for more than an hour and enjoyed it (along with a Fried Dough). Divya took pictures of the squirrel.

We then took a bus from there to Mass Ave and came back to Prudential in train. We wanted to go to the observatory on Prudential tower. We went up but came back without seeing it. We then went to the Barnes Noble and spent lots of time in there.

Highlight was this movie at the end of the day at the Prudential Towers. It was a pretty good movie Planet 51. Mitran enjoyed it and we came back again taking T all the way to Malden and drove home. We were not tired but lots of fun in 1 day.

I didnt have my cell phone at all !

First walking together

I am an occasional jogger or biking person. I was trying hard to get a new bike for this year and i wasn’t able to do it today. Then i decided to start jogging for this season. there you come with a twist, Mitran wanted to come with me. I finally decided to get dressed up with him and thought he will give up quickly so that i can do my jogging later. But we ended up walking along the road almost 3/4 of a mile roundtrip. We walked with the stick for few hundred feet and counting numbers for few hundred feet and running downhill few hundred feet. He made a twist by going around the track, going around the condo houses and fighting with me to go to a different house.

Convinced him and got him back and he came in because of my promise of giving him a chocolate. Good amount of walk for that small feet. He had a bad shoe lace which came off 3-4 times today.

first ball game

i am feeling great today. excited. i am becoming part of my dad’s routine where he took to the ball game for the first time. i will tell you. it’s the most exciting sports i’ve seen. i’ve been doing pitching mockups at home and finally he got me into the real MLB games. It was with LA Angles with Redsox (my family favorite). It was a good game. we expected to have Matsuzakka and we got Lester with 3 days rest. Do you know how i know all these things? My dad told me 25 times and cursed for a bad game till the end of the game.

Another good thing is that, i scored 2 chicks who sat just behind us. It’s so hilarious to see my dad in a different boat and i was able to have fun with those girls. One had a tattoo on the back. Both were beautiful.

Anyway, i had lot of fun and we left the game with FUN and less satisfaction on the score. Still we love the first ball game i’ve been to.

my first circus

finally, my dad got convinced and took me to this “Big Apple” circus in boston. we pickup by my cousin brother and sister from their house and went to the show. anu was helpful taking care of me. akash (my brother) was helpful getting me things to eat. We had better seats.

oooooooo, i saw the Grandma clown who was funny. i had acrobatic girls & boys and they were excellent. all i can do at this point in my life is to clap. i did clap a lot for everyone. it was lot of fun. i ate lots of things. particularly, i was curious about the music system on the top of the circus floor. They were wonderful. I saw few animals, but more on clowns and acrobatic activities.
